Who we are
Nordika Apps is operated by Er Navas Maldonado, Mexico. Contact: support@nordikaapps.com.
The short version
The app does not collect, store, transmit or process personal data. It requests no Atlassian API permissions (scopes) and contacts no server outside Atlassian. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party resources.
How the app works
Searchable Markdown is an Atlassian Forge app. It runs inside Atlassian's own cloud infrastructure. The Markdown you type is stored by Confluence as part of your page, in your own Atlassian site, exactly like any other page content. We never receive a copy of it.

What we do not do
We do not use analytics, cookies or tracking, in the app or on this website. We do not send your content to any third party. We do not use your content to train any model. We do not sell data. We do not have a copy of your content and therefore cannot recover it for you.
Permissions
The app declares no Atlassian API scopes and no external domains. Without scopes it cannot use Atlassian's APIs to read other content in your site: it only receives the Markdown of its own macro, to display and export it. Without external domains it cannot send anything outside Atlassian.
Support correspondence
If you write to support@nordikaapps.com, we process your email address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of answering you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing support. We keep support email for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and delete it on request.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of the personal data we hold about you, which in practice is limited to support correspondence. Write to support@nordikaapps.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Billing data
Purchases are made through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles billing and payment data; we never see your payment details. Atlassian's own privacy policy governs that part.
Sub-processors
Atlassian (app hosting and execution), Cloudflare (website hosting) and our email provider (support correspondence). No one else.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes are announced on the app's Marketplace listing.
